The Home Department, Government of Sindh, invites applications from experienced and qualified professionals for the newly established Provincial Security Unit (PSU) for the following positions:
Prior consultancy or collaboration with international/local organizations
Skilled in handling sensitive assignments, inter-agency coordination, and strategic planning
Proven experience in research work, including publication of research papers and formulation of policies/manuals/strategic frameworks
Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, maps, and policy booklets
Qualification: Master’s in International Relations, Security Studies, Risk Management, or a related discipline (HEC recognized)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in security risk analysis, threat assessments, and critical infrastructure protection
Qualification: Master’s in Internal Security, Security Studies, Political Science, or related field (HEC recognized)
Experience:
At least 10 years in counter-terrorism, intelligence, special operations, or counterinsurgency
Strong knowledge of regional and global terrorist networks/tactics
Qualification: Master’s in Security Studies, Law, Strategic Studies, Warfare, or a related discipline (HEC recognized)
Experience:
10 years in internal security, threat assessment, or law enforcement
Experience in intelligence, crisis response, inter-agency coordination
Skilled in SOPs, investigations, and vulnerability assessments
Background with Ministry of Interior, Home Department, or security forces is an advantage
Qualification: Master’s in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Law, IT, or related field (HEC recognized)
Experience:
Minimum 7 years in AML/CFT enforcement, financial intelligence, compliance
In-depth knowledge of FATF guidelines, STRs, and global/national financial regulations
Experience with FIUs, international banks, and financial crime investigations
Qualification: Master’s in AI, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related (HEC recognized)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in IT systems, big data analytics, digital transformation
Hands-on with secure tech platforms for security
Knowledge of data privacy laws, ethical AI, and public sector system integration
Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related discipline (HEC recognized)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in training or instructional roles
Skilled in designing/delivering competency-based training programs
Familiar with private security company operations
Prior work with international organizations is a plus
Qualification: Master’s in Management, Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field (HEC recognized)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in policy formulation, strategic research, or governance
Experience with think tanks, ministries, or research institutions
Skilled in drafting white papers, threat briefings, and legislative reviews
Qualification: Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Journalism, Mass Communication, Strategic Communication, or related discipline (HEC recognized)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity, media management, or digital communications
Proven experience in cybersecurity risk mitigation and digital threat monitoring
Strong communication strategy skills in high-risk or security sectors
