PRODUCT MANAGER
Location: Lahore (Multiple Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop marketing plans for Gynae, General Medicine, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Skin Care and Natural Products.
  • To design overall marketing strategy of assigned division that includes marketing research, market analysis, developing promotional campaigns and tactical plans.
  • Able to analyze IMS data and internal company numbers. Well versed with IMS audit, both sales and prescription.
  • Strong relations with Key Opinion Leaders.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Pharm-D preferably with MBA degree.
  • Most have at least five to six years of pharma industry marketing experience from reputable organization.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
Age limit: 36 years		 NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving assigned targets by providing leadership and demonstrating analytical, controlling and monitoring skills.
  • The incumbent must deliver agreed results by operating within the allocated expense budget.
  • Ensure Implementation of promotional strategies in order to achieve agreed monthly, quarterly and annually Sales Objectives.
  • Ensure the Recruitment /Selection of high caliber individuals in close liaison with HR, in order to add value to the company and deliver expected results.
  • Develop strong bond with all his team members especially Regional Sales Manager in order to motivate and retain them.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • B.Sc I Masters I Pharm -0
  • Overall, 10.12 years of pharma sales experience in a reputable organization in similar capacity.
Age limit: 45 years		 MARKETING PLANNING MANAGER
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare and present marketing
    team budget and forecast.
  • Develop new marketing strategies that will improve sales and revenue performance.
  • Responsible for maintaining existing brands and deliver growth to corporation.
  • Evaluating & controlling the marketing contribution for the division.
  • Develop, train, motivate and lead team of Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Preferably a Pharm-D with MBA degree in marketing.
  • Overall, 10 years pharma marketing experience in a reputable organization in similar capacity.
Age limit 40 years		 TRADE SALES MANAGER
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to develop and implement marketing and sales plans strategies for Over the Counter (OTC) Products.
  • Fully conversant with the distribution channels of OTC products and possess working experience.
  • Ability to ensure availability and display of Himont Products at maximum stores in all major cities.
  • Most develop strong liaison with distributors, pharmacies and retailers nationwide.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduate preferably MBA degree from reputable institutes.
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in same capacity from reputable organization.
Age limit 40 years
