At least 8 years of programmed/project management experience preferably in IT/LMS/Online leaning/MOOCs/Higher education technology projects with minimum 3 years as project manager hands on experience of LMS/MOOCs, TV programming, studio setup and management, graphics, multimedia or similar projects is desirable
