Office of the District Health Officer
Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of District Dera Ismail Khan / Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Preference will be given to candidates from District Dera Ismail Khan. If no suitable local candidates are available, applicants from adjacent districts will be considered, subject to fulfillment of all codal formalities.

The following positions are available on a need basis under the control of the District Health Officer, Dera Ismail Khan:

Terms and Conditions

  1. Application along with attested copies of educational certificates, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, and one passport-size photograph must be submitted to this office before the closing date.

  2. Last date for submission of applications: 23-05-2025.

  3. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

  4. All eligibility criteria must be met by the closing date.

  5. Age relaxation will be granted as per existing Government rules.

  6. Candidates currently employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations should apply through proper channel.

  7. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason. Any change in Service Rules/ATP Rules will be adhered to strictly as per Government policy.

  8. Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to correction. The number of vacant positions may be increased or decreased.

  9. Any misinformation or incomplete statements in the application may result in disqualification at any stage.

  10. All updates will be posted on the notice board of DHO Dera Ismail Khan.

  11. Only shortlisted candidates must bring original documents along with attested photocopies at the time of interview.

  12. Selected candidates will pay the document verification fee themselves. Submission of fake or misleading documents will result in automatic cancellation of appointment.

  13. Quotas:

    • 10% for female candidates

    • 2% for disabled candidates

    • 0.5% for minorities

  14. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

  15. Candidates with foreign degrees must submit equivalence certificates issued by HEC.

  16. Appointments will be made according to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servant (Amendment) Act, 2022.
