A Project Management Unit (PMU) Is being establishment headed by the Independent Project Director (PD) for Upgradation of PHQ Hospital Gilgit. The services of qualified persons purely on contract basis are required based PMU. The description of the posts„ their qualification, age and nature of duties are given below.

  3. Ensuring of HSE/PPE's at site & environmental requirements.
  4. Close coordination with Project Director and concern departments for timely resolving of issues.
  5. Timely ensuring of duty assigned him by the Project Director.
2 Resident Engineer (Electrical) 01 B.E/BSC Electrical Engineer Registered with PEC (Minimum 08 Years Experience) 35-45 0.150
  1. Preparation of Boa's, Rate Analysis, preparation of schedule on MS Project, evaluation of drawing/design, specification and implementation of Electrical/Firefighting activities according to the approved drawing and design with quality control.
  2. Measurement of work done, Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
  3. Ensuring of HSEIPPE's at site & environmental requirements.
  4. Close coordination with Project Director and concern departments for timely resolving of issues.
  5. Timely ensuring of duty assigned him by the Project Director.
3 Resident Engineer (Mechanical) 01 B.EIBSC Me- chanical Engineer Registered with PEC (Minimum 08 Years Experience) 35-45 0.150 ,
  1. Preparation of BoQ's. Rate Analysis, preparation of schedule on MS Project, evaluation of drawing/design, specification and implementation and ensuring the provision during execution for Medical Equipment and Machinery, according to the approved drawing and design with quality control.
  2. Preparation of proposals and feasibility as per scope of PC-I. Measurement of work done, Preparation of daily. weekly and monthly progress reports.
  3. Ensuring of HSE/PPE's at site & environmental requirements.
  4. Close coordination with Project Director and concern departments for timely resolving of issues.
  5. Timely ensuring of duty assigned him by the Project Director,
4 Surveyor Civil 01 DAE Civil (Minimum 05 Years Experience) 30-45 0.045 Full grip on total station for preparation of topography, coordinates. level sheet, plan profile, preparation of cross-sections, maintaining of record and ensuring as ensuring execution as per drawing/ design. Experience on AutoCAD and Eagle point will be given preference.
5 Sub- Engineer (Civil) 01 DAE Civil (Minimum 05 Years Experience) 30-40 0.045 Detail site supervision, measurements of work done and record keeping of daily basis, Preparation of detailed estimates, implementation of approved drawings/designs and specifications. preparation of physical and financial statements.

10 Peon 01 Middle/Primary (05 Years Experience) 28-40 0.024 Cleaning of Office, Carrying of official files/papers. General arrangement and tidiness of the office furniture including re-dusting of office furniture, record etc.
11 Chowkidar 02 Primary/Middle 30-50 0.024 Performing the assign duties of Chowkidar honestly.
 

Must be familiar with government functioning and Rules/Provisions PAK PWD. AGIAGPR. PPRA and Finance Department. Preferably have work with Government Department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Appointment will be made for period of one year purely on contract basis extendable subject to the satisfactory performance and continuation of implementation of the project
  2. Candidate already in Government Service may apply through proper channel along with an NOC from the present employer.
