1. Head – Service Quality Division

Location: Head Office, Peshawar
Grade: VP to SVP-I
Reporting Line: Directly to Managing Director / CEO

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring service quality standards across all branches and business units. The incumbent will lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, improve service delivery, and establish quality benchmarks aligned with the bank's strategic goals.

2. Head – Software Development Department

Location: Islamabad / Peshawar
Reporting Line: Directly to Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Role Overview:

The position involves overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions in line with the bank’s digital transformation agenda. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership in software development, system integration, and agile delivery models within the banking or financial services sector.
