The Bank of Khyber invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and goal-oriented professionals for the following position:

Position Title:

Head – Procurement Division

Location:

Head Office, Peshawar

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    • Minimum qualification: Graduation

    • Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in:

      • Business Administration

      • Public Administration

      • Project Management

      • Or any other relevant equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized university

    • Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit an HEC equivalency certificate

    • Additional certifications/diplomas in procurement will be considered an advantage

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of procurement

    • At least 3 years of experience at mid to senior management level

    • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure best value

  • Conduct market research and evaluate vendor performance

  • Maintain compliance with:

    • Regulatory authorities

    • Public procurement rules

    • Internal bank policies

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, particularly with local market vendors

  • Oversee technology-related procurement

  • Execute any additional duties assigned by the Bank
