Position: Head of Sales & Marketing

Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF) invites applications from accomplished, visionary, and result-oriented professionals to lead the Sales and Marketing function of the Company.

Position Details

 
Sr. No Title Head of Sales & Marketing
1 Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant discipline. A Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field will be preferred.
2 Experience Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, industrial products, automotive, machinery, or defence-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in defense, industrial engineering, automotive, machinery, tooling, and other relevant market segments.

  • Build strong relationships with government departments, public-sector organizations, OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, and strategic business partners.

  • Lead business development initiatives, customer engagement, tender participation, and preparation of competitive commercial proposals.

  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, annual sales budgets, and performance targets.

  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent PMTF in business meetings, industry forums, exhibitions, and customer engagements.
