PAF Hospital Islamabad Jobs Detail

PAF Hospital Islamabad, a 300-bedded tertiary care teaching hospital invites applications to fill the following position:

S No	POSITION	QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE	RESPONSIBILITIES
1.	Head of Nursing Education Services	- General Nursing, preferably MScN / BScN _ Certified Trainer At least 10 years of practical experience in Nursing Training I Education Services	- Conduct Training-need Analysis, initiate, develop. coordinate and deliver comprehensive institution-wide nursing trainings. - Develop nurses' practical clinical skills for the workplace and a wide range of courses, for continuous professional development. - Develop programs that evaluate and support safe and effective nursing practice. - Should be able to identify training gaps of nurses and institute measures to train them. - Work closely with clinical departments to determine & meet education and competency needs.

Aforesaid appointment will be on annual contract basis which may be extended subject to the performance of the employee.
