Head Nurse

BScN/General Nursing + specialization in any field of 
Nursing + Post RN preferably
 Hospital Management Course will be preferred, BLS & ACLS 
Certified (where required) At least 8-10 years of clinical & management experience. Good Management skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Stress Management, problem solving Decision making skills, Effective Unit management. Team building and effective managerial skills
Nurse Manager BScN/General Nursing + specialization in any field of 
Nursing + Post RN Hospital Management Course will be preferred, BLS & ACLS. 10-12 years of experience.(At least 3-4 years of management experience) Good Management skills, Excellent Communication, and Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Stress Management, Teamwork, problem-solving, delegation, time management & Decision-making skills, and Effective Unit management. Ability to handle detailed, complex concepts and problems. Teambuilding and effective managerial skills
 Clinical Nurse Instructor BScN/General Nursing + specialization in any field of 
Nursing + Post RN At least 3-5 years of experience in relevant field. Written/ verbal communication skills, teaching skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Office, problem-solving skills BLS
Nursing Coordinator Bachelor's/ Master's (Preferably) with computer
skills and proficiency At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field Support the Director Nursing, Executives, Nurse Managers.
To maintain and arrange Nursing meetings / committees with a
high level of confidentiality, tact and discretion
Office Aide Matriculation / Intermediate
At Least 1-2 years of experience Office aide posses the skills necessary to effectively run an office work
