The Bank of Punjab, with over 35 years of experience and a network of 900+ branches, is currently seeking a high-level professional for its Internal Audit Group.

Position Overview

  • Job Title: Head – Management Services Audit (Internal Audit Group)

  • Grade: Band-4 to Band-2

  • Location: Lahore

  • Number of Positions: 01

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Leadership: Lead the Management Services (MS) Audit function, providing assurance on governance, strategic initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and internal controls.

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a risk-based audit plan aligned with the Bank’s overall audit strategy.

  • Control Assessment: Evaluate the adequacy of controls over financial and management information.

  • Management: Approve engagement scopes and budgets while maintaining budgetary control.

  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication and reporting between the Board Audit Committee, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), and external auditors.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Minimum MBA, M.Com., or M.Sc. in Accounting/Finance, or hold a CA/ACCA/CBA qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.

    • Preference: Professional certifications such as CIA, CICA, or CISA.

  • Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Internal Audit.

  • Age Limit: Up to 50 years as of the application date.
