Vacancy Positions (SPPS – Contract Basis)

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Islamabad, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for appointment on a contract basis under the Special Professional Pay Scale (SPPS).

Available Positions

1. Head of Data

  • Pay Scale: SPPS-II
  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Master’s degree or equivalent in:
      • Data Science
      • Political Science / International Relations
      • Business Administration / Public Administration
      • Or related discipline (HEC-recognized)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in:
      • Data analysis
      • Data strategy
      • Media analytics
      • Or related fields
    • At least 5 years in a leadership role

2. Head of Strategy

  • Pay Scale: SPPS-II
  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Master’s degree or equivalent in:
      • Business Management
      • Economics
      • Public Policy
      • Political Science / International Relations
      • Or related discipline (HEC-recognized)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in:
      • Strategic communication
      • Media relations
      • Public engagement
      • Narrative building
      • Or related fields
    • At least 5 years in a leadership role
