Position Job Summary/Major Responsibilities Eligibility Criteria
Head Corporate & Board Affairs

(Grade: Band 4 / Band 2)
(Location: Lahore)
  • To Coordinate with Secretary and Staff in timely submission of all regulatory returns, processing of payouts, reconciliation statements to internal departments, regulators and shareholders and to ensure compliance/queries of all regulators and shareholders are timely responded.
  • Assist the Secretary in discharging his fiduciary responsibilities by keeping him abreast on changing legal statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to amendments, new statutes, regulations, codes & laws etc.
  • Support the Secretary in Board/Committees Agenda compilation, arrangement and conduct of meetings, recording of minutes, compliance and maintenance of Minutes books of Board & Committees.
  • Assist the Secretary in organizing the AGM/EGDM, Election of Directors, Corporate Briefing Session and make arrangements for their smooth holding by meeting all requirements.
  • Coordinate with Secretary in Annual Appraisal, Succession & Career Progression, Manpower Planning and Training of Department Staff.

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree, from a HEC recognised University/ Foreign University.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of July 31, 2026.

Experience: Minimum 09 years of Banking experience. Preference shall be given to the candidates having 04 Years' relevant experience.
