Available Positions

1. Head – Financial Budgeting & MIS Division (Finance Group)

Location: Head Office – Peshawar
Role Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management information systems (MIS) functions of the Bank. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, enhancing budgetary controls, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making across departments.

2. Head – Consumer Credit Risk Management Department (RMG)

Location: Head Office – Peshawar
Role Overview:
Responsible for developing and implementing consumer credit risk policies and frameworks to ensure prudent lending practices. The position will manage portfolio risk, monitor credit exposure, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Head – Product Management Unit (Transactional Banking Division)

Location: Head Office – Peshawar
Role Overview:
This role entails leading the development and management of banking products and services, particularly within transactional banking. The incumbent will identify new market opportunities, enhance existing offerings, and drive product innovation to meet evolving customer needs.

4. Head – Service Delivery Unit (Transactional Banking Division)

Location: Head Office – Peshawar
Role Overview:
Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and quality service delivery across all transactional banking channels. The position requires developing and implementing efficient service processes and performance improvement strategies.

5. MIS Officer – Product Management & Service Delivery Department (Transactional Banking Division)

Location: Head Office – Peshawar
Role Overview:
The incumbent will assist in preparing management information reports, data analytics, and performance dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions within the Transactional Banking Division.

6. Branch Managers

Locations: Karachi, Quetta, Gujrat, Chiniot, Kotli (AJK), Doodiyal (AJK)
Role Overview:
Branch Managers will be responsible for overall branch operations, business growth, customer relationship management, and profitability targets while ensuring adherence to banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

7. Branch Operations Managers

Locations: Kotli, Doodiyal (AJK)
Role Overview:
Responsible for supervising branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and delivering efficient customer service.

8. Branch Services Officers

Locations: Kotli, Doodiyal (AJK)
Role Overview:
The position involves day-to-day customer service, transaction processing, and support for branch banking operations in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
