Applications are invited from the legal heirs of Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Police Employees of Sindh Police having domicile of Sindh Province against the quota reserved in the following posts for recruitment:-

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. Application forms can be downloaded from Sindh Police website i.e. www.sindhpolice.gov.pk Application forms filled-up improperly shall not be entertained.
  2. All applicants' daims shall be considered, processed and entertained as per Recruitment Rules 2021 notified for recruitment against Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota.
  3. Application along with copies of attested documents i.e CNIC of applicant & Deceased, Domicile, PRC, Educational Certificates of applicant, Death Certificate of Deceased, Obituary, Heirship Certificate, Affidavit of spouse / widow and other legal heirs of Deceased and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees & (Professional Experience Certificates where applicable), (Medical Invalidation order / certificate in case cf Invalid employees) and 04 recent Passport Size Photographs should reach the office of AIGP/ Establishment (Secretary / Member of Special Provincial Recruitment Committee), Central Police Office. 1.1 Chundrigar Road, Karachi through post / courier service.
  4. Candidates shall undergo Physical /Written / Interview & Skilled tests where applicable. Test venues and dates shall be communicated later through SMS or website www.sindhpolice.gov.pk
  5. No TA/DA will be given for test / interview.
  6. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of Interview.
  7. If any candidate stands disqualified during verification of documents and character antecedents then his/her registration will be cancelled even he/she qualifies all tests.
  8. Applicant's age shall be calculated as per cut-off date i.e 03.09.2019 as one time waiver to legal heirs of Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Employees of Sindh Police.
  9. General Age relaxation upto maximum of 15 years In the upper age limit in r/o those applicants who apply for non-uniformed posts shall be allowed as per Sindh Govt's Notification No.S011(SG&ACD)5-64/11 dated 27.07.2020.
  10. The reserved quota shall first be utilized to exhaust the claims for recruitment of legal heirs of Shaheed Police employees as per Recruitment Rules 2021.
  11. All those legal heirs who appeared in different tests before notifying Sindh Police (Shaheed, Deceased, and Permanently Invalidated or Incapacitated Quota) Recruitment Rules 2021 i.e 23.08.2021 stands cancelled and they all will have to apply afresh for the posts they are entitled as per aforementioned Rules.
  12. Quota for the post of Junior Clerk has already been filled in Sindh Police as per existing total sanctioned post. However, candidate may apply for any other post.
  13. Application should be accompanied with all attested documents of the candidates. All candidates shall sign a declaration that all information provided by them is correct.
  14. Last date of submission of application form is 15.02.2022. Application forms received after expiry of last date will not be entertained.
