A reputed Public Sector Progressive Organization is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following contract-based position (extendable based on performance):
?? Position: Head (Proposals & Estimation)
Maximum Age Limit: 57 Years

?? Job Specifications & Key Responsibilities
Education:
BE/BSc in Engineering
Experience:
25 years post-qualification experience in engineering/project estimation
8–10 years of relevant experience in:
Evaluation of RFQs / RFPs
Cost estimation and preparation of proposals for large-scale projects
Core Expertise Required:
Proposal Development:
Hands-on experience in preparing competitive, multidisciplinary proposals (Mechanical, Civil, E&I disciplines)
Must align cost estimates with client specifications accurately and timely
Engineering & Commercial Documentation:
Review of engineering data
Preparation of detailed technical and commercial proposals
Bid Evaluation & Risk Analysis:
Conduct critical analysis of bid documents
Identify risks and opportunities
Present findings to senior management
Standardization & Governance:
Implement standard practices, templates, and procedures
Ensure consistency and compliance across multiple project proposals
Technical Tools:
Proficiency in MS Project, Data Analysis Software, and other project management tools
Project & Financial Understanding:
Deep understanding of project contents and scopes
Good grasp on project-related finance for accurate proposal and cost preparation
