APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

The following documents need to be submitted during the application procedure by all applicants through our official website.

  • Fill the application form available on our website www.gaus.edu.pk and upload all your documents in portal.
  • For submission of hard copies to HR Office GAUS, attach all your credentials and three passport size photographs along with the application in duplicate.
  • Soft copies of all documents may also be submitted through email (hr@gaus.edu.pk).
  • Short Resume/CV (personal details, educational background, work experience, language skills) must also be submitted and attached with documents.
  • The application should reach the office on or before February 15, 2022.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. Eligibility Criteria for all positions is as per HEC/PHEC/HED/Concerned Councils/Accreditation Bodies.
  2. Candidates applying for Electrical/Mechanical & Civil Engineering will also submit a copy of registration certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) respectively along with the applications.
  3. On the front side of the envelope containing the application the "designated post" should be clearly labeled.
  4. Incomplete or applications received after the due date shall not be considered.
  5. Selection Board/Selection Committee will consider all applications received and when necessary interview such candidates as it considers prima-facie most suitable for appointment. Selection Board's/Selection Committee's decision in this regard shall be final.
  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
  7. No TA/DA will be admissible.
