REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI)

Hiring of Individual Consultants

The Government of Punjab, through the Board of Revenue (BOR), is implementing the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, with financial support from the World Bank under IDA Credit No. 7041-PK.

The Project Management Unit (PMU) invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced individuals for the hiring of consultants in the following roles. Appointments will be made in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020).

Positions Available

1. Grievance Redressal Officer

• No. of Posts: 01

• Qualification:

  • Minimum 15 years of education in Public Administration, Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Statistics) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in complaint management, grievance redressal, or customer service roles.

2. Grievance Redressal Officer – GIRMIS

• No. of Posts: 01

• Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 14 years of education) in Information Technology or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in system administration, user management, or helpdesk support—preferably on grievance redressal platforms.

3. Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Associate

• No. of Posts: 01

• Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Law, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience implementing GBV/SEA/SH safety protocols, complaint handling, and training.

  • Preference: Experience with World Bank or other foreign-funded projects.

4. Gender Associate

• No. of Posts: 01

• Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Law, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in gender mainstreaming, awareness campaigns, training, and documentation.

  • Preference: Experience with World Bank or other donor-funded projects.

5. Social Safeguard Associate

• No. of Posts: 01

• Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in social/environmental safeguards or social development.

  • Preference: Experience in World Bank or donor-funded projects.
