JOB ADVERTISEMENT

Applications are invited on the prescribed form from Pakistani/AJK nationals for the following positions under the "Project Management Unit". These appointments are purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of one (01) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Completed applications along with attested academic and other documents must be submitted to the undersigned within fifteen (15) days from the date of advertisement publication during office hours. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- (in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences, Hyderabad) must be attached.

Vacant Positions

1. Project Coordinator (PPS-08)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Required Qualification:

  • At least 2nd Class B.E. (Civil) from HEC-recognized university/institution

  • Valid PEC registration

  • Additional qualifications will be given due weightage

• Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 12 years of professional post-qualification experience in the implementation of large projects, preferably with multinational or reputed government/semi-government/autonomous organizations

  • Proficiency in project design, execution, documentation, procurement, supervision of consultants/contractors, and report writing

  • Familiarity with PC-1, PEC, PPRA rules, Planning Commission procedures, financial management, and other project execution guidelines

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector universities

2. Assistant Engineer (Civil) (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Required Qualification:

  • At least 2nd Class B.E. (Civil) from HEC-recognized university

  • Additional qualifications will be given due weightage

• Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in public/private sector in supervision of civil/electrical works

  • Strong skills in evaluating engineering drawings, measurement, quality control of materials, and site supervision

3. Assistant Director Accounts (PPS-07)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Required Qualification:

  • At least 16 years of education with 2nd Class B.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized university/institution

  • Additional qualifications will be given due weightage

• Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project financial management (public/private sector)

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, government financial rules, and audit procedures

  • Proficiency in PPRA rules, Planning Commission procedures, and preparation of PC-1 documents

4. Data Entry Operator

• No. of Posts: 01

• Required Qualification:

  • At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree from HEC-recognized university/institution

  • Additional qualifications will be given due weightage

• Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in public/private organizations in project documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong letter drafting skills

• Age Limit:

  • Project Coordinator: Maximum 45 years

  • All other posts: Maximum 35 years

• Important Notes:
