The Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP) is a regulatory body established under the 1983 Ordinance for overseeing the professions of Architecture and Town Planning across Pakistan. The Council ensures quality education, professional licensing, and high standards in these fields.

Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in Architecture (with a 5-year Bachelor’s degree) or Town Planning (with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree), recognized by HEC.
Minimum 15 years of experience in a managerial role within Government, Semi-Government, or Private sector.
Preference given to candidates with:
Higher qualifications.
Foreign/local management training.
Experience in legal processes.
Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage registration and licensing processes.
Maintain accurate and secure records.
Coordinate enforcement actions and documentation.
Prepare reports and manage budgets/resources.
Act as liaison with stakeholders.
Report to PCATP leadership.
Locations: Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Karachi
No. of Positions: 4 (one in each provincial HQ)
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's in Architecture or Town Planning, or Master’s in Public Administration/Social Sciences from HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of office experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Knowledge of the local language is an asset.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate office functions efficiently.
Draft and handle correspondence.
Maintain office documentation and database.
Manage visitor coordination.
Perform duties assigned by the Registrar.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's in Graphic/Communication Design or Media from HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in:
Canva
Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Corel Draw
Meta Business Suite
Strong writing skills in English and Urdu.
Familiarity with Architecture/Town Planning sectors is a plus.
Submission of design portfolio is mandatory.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design content for HR, Admin, and procurement ads.
Write and edit content for blogs, websites, and marketing.
Develop and implement social media strategies.
Manage content calendars and performance tracking.
Create visuals for digital and print media.
Execute any other duties as assigned by PCATP.
