Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC), operated by Barrick in joint venture with the Government of Balochistan and the Government of Pakistan, is hiring talented professionals for its world-class copper-gold mining project in Balochistan.

🔹 Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Department: Supply Chain
Location: Reko Diq Site – Balochistan

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4–6 years in warehouse/logistics roles.

  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in mining or heavy industry.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures.

  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and HSE compliance.

  • Forklift certification preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in challenging environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and processing of inventory and commodities.

  • Maintain precise record-keeping and oversee storage conditions.

  • Ensure safety standards are upheld and manage non-compliant items.

  • Oversee stock removal and system transactions.

  • Participate in inventory counts and manage lifting equipment.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

🔹 Position: Armoured Bus Driver

Department: Travel and Facilities
Location: Reko Diq Site – Balochistan

Qualification:

  • High School Diploma.

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.

  • Clean driving record.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience driving armored or large passenger vehicles.

  • Strong knowledge of defensive driving, security protocols, and local traffic laws.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Physically and mentally fit to manage long hours and emergency situations.

  • Customer service background and public transport experience are advantages.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate vehicles in line with RDMC safety protocols.

  • Transport passengers and provide logistical support.

  • Conduct vehicle inspections and handle minor repairs.

  • Maintain cleanliness and assist passengers as needed.

  • Respond to emergencies and provide First Aid if necessary.

  • Serve as a positive and professional representative of RDMC.

🔹 Position: Finance Trainee

Department: Finance
Location: Quetta

Qualification:

  • Passed ICAP CAF / ACCA Affiliates / BS in Accounting & Finance.

  • Must be registered with ICAP.

Requirements:

  • Valid domicile of Balochistan is mandatory.
