Graduation Category Screening Test for the Posts in BPS-05 to BPS-15

Overview

The Government of Sindh is seeking to fill vacant positions ranging from BPS-05 to BPS-15, requiring graduation-level qualifications, across various departments. Initial screening tests will be conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS) based on criteria approved by the Provincial Cabinet on 24-12-2019.

Screening Test Details

  1. Passing Criteria: Minimum cut-off percentage is 40%.

  2. Validity of Test Results: Results will remain valid for three (03) years.

  3. Interview Process:
    Interviews will be conducted by Departmental Selection Committees as per Rule-5(1) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974, as notified on 03-03-2020.

  4. Test Centers: Tests will be held at divisional headquarters across Sindh.

  5. Age Requirement:

    • Minimum: 21 years

    • Maximum: 30 years (as of closing date of applications)

    Candidates must hold domicile of Sindh Province and submit applications online via the STS portal: http://apply.sts.net.pk

  2. Required Documents:
    Scanned copies of the following original documents must be uploaded:

    • Latest Degree (at least 14 years of education)

    • CNIC

    • Domicile

    • PRC-D

    • Recent photograph

    • (For disabled candidates): CNIC with wheelchair logo issued by NADRA

  3. Application Fee:

    • Amount: Rs. 1500/- (Non-refundable)

    • Payment Methods:

      • Any branch of ABL Bank Ltd

      • MyABL app

      • 1Bill Reference via internet banking (for 1Bill-supported banks)

  4. Important Notes:

    • Providing false or misleading information will lead to disqualification.

    • General age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

    • Quotas for women, persons with disabilities, minorities, and transgender individuals will be observed as per Government policy.

    • No TA/DA will be provided for tests.

    • Candidates who have already appeared in this category test and want to improve their score may reapply.
