The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is seeking qualified individuals for the Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI) on a contract basis. The selection will be made purely on merit and suitability for the following vacant positions:

Available Positions

1. Joint Director Academics (EG-05)

No. of Positions: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Must have an MS/M.Phil or an equivalent (18 years of education) in Business Education/Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a reputable public/private sector organization recognized by HEC.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in academic administration.
- Proven expertise in:
  - Designing, implementing, and reviewing academic programs to maintain curriculum quality.
  - Coordinating assessments and accreditation.
  - Developing innovation, entrepreneurship, and professional training programs.
  - Fostering industry partnerships.
  - Integrating IT systems into academic operations.
  - Drafting formal agreements such as MOUs and ECTs to support academic and research initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with industry stakeholders and academic institutions.
Quota & Pay Scale:
- Merit: 01
- Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
- Monthly Salary Package: PKR 345,732 (with 5% annual increment, negotiable as per policy)
- Maximum Age Limit: 50 years

2. Deputy Director Academics (EG-04)

No. of Positions: 02
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Must have a Graduation/Master's degree or an equivalent (16 years of education) in Business Education/Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a reputable public/private sector organization recognized by HEC.
- Proven expertise in:
  - Designing and implementing research, innovation, and entrepreneurship programs.
  - Integrating research into curriculum development.
  - Preparing formal agreements and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance educational opportunities.
- Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with industry stakeholders and academic institutions.
Quota & Pay Scale:
- Merit: 01
- Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
- Monthly Salary Package: PKR 249,588 (with 5% annual increment, negotiable as per policy)
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 years

3. Deputy Director ORIC (EG-04)

No. of Positions: 01
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Must have a Graduation/Master's degree or an equivalent (16 years of education) in Business Education/Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in a reputable public/private sector organization recognized by HEC.
- Proven expertise in:
  - Integrating IT systems into academic processes to improve efficiency and workflows.
  - Strong drafting skills with fast typing speed.
  - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for accurate document preparation and presentations.
Quota & Pay Scale:
- Merit: 02
- Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
- Monthly Salary Package: PKR 249,588 (with 5% annual increment, negotiable as per policy)
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
