CONSULTANTS REQUIRED FOR DREAMS-I PROJECT
Project Title: Developing Resilient Environment and Advancing Municipal Services-I (DREAMS-I)
Overview: The Government of Punjab, supported by a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), has initiated the DREAMS-I project, with the objective of enhancing resilient environments and municipal services. The Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD) is designated as the Executing Agency, while Rawalpindi-WASA and Bahawalpur WMC will serve as Implementation Agencies. A dedicated Program Coordination Unit (PCU) will oversee the project's execution, ensuring compliance and progress.
Consultant Roles Required: The following individual consultants are sought for the efficient implementation of DREAMS-I:
- Procurement Specialist (Location: PCU Lahore)
- Legal/Contract Specialist (Location: PCU Lahore)
Consultant Engagement Process: The PCU, DREAMS-I invites qualified experts to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Consultants will be recruited in line with ADB’s Guidelines on the Use of Consultants (2013, as amended).
Submission Instructions:
- EOI Deadline: Submit no later than 25 November 2024.
- Submission Portal: EOI submissions are to be made online via ADB’s Consultant Management System (CMS). Use the CMS template to complete your application.
- CMS Registration: All interested individuals must register with CMS at http://cms.adb.org.
