FC Welfare Foundation Peshawar

Situation Vacant

FC Welfare Foundation Peshawar invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals for the following positions. Appointments will be made on a contract basis for three (03) years, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements. A fixed market-competitive salary package will be offered.

Available Positions

1. GM / GSO-I

  • Number of Vacancies: 02

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies (field and digital) and branding
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with P.Sc qualification

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 56 years as of 30 April 2026

2. Marketing & HR Officer

  • Number of Vacancies: 01

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

  • Same as above (Marketing/Business-related qualification and skills)
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and management practices

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 52 years as of 30 April 2026

Note:

  • Retired Major / Lieutenant Colonel (Maj/Lt Col Retd) with relevant qualifications and experience may also apply

3. Field Security Officer (FSO)

  • Number of Vacancies: 02

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Retired Major (Maj Retd) or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in security services and operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong command over HR management and security operations
  • Ability to manage and supervise large security teams
  • Must be physically fit

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 52 years as of 30 April 2026
