Union Fabrics (Pvt) Limited is a rapidly expanding, vertically integrated textile manufacturer specializing in women’s fashion wear. We produce and supply a full range of women's fashion in both Ready-to-Stitch (RTS) and Ready-to-Wear (RTW) forms to Pakistan's leading retail brands. Our state-of-the-art facilities include in-house weaving, processing, and stitching, supported by a dedicated design and product development team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team focused on women's fashion wear, selling unstitched and stitched suits to domestic brands and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Production Planning: Lead end-to-end sales and marketing operations, aligning sales plans with production capacity to minimize losses.

Market Leadership: Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Oversee product development to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with trends.

Financial & Market Acumen: Develop and maintain costing sheets; adjust pricing based on market conditions. Collect market intelligence on competitors and new products.

Operational Excellence: Coordinate with inventory, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, considering critical customer deadlines and seasonality.

Customer & Market Expansion: Manage payment follow-ups to ensure timely revenue collection. Strategize and execute plans to expand market share across sales channels.

Performance Analysis: Use market analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks. Focus on improving KPIs such as sales revenue, gross profit, and customer retention.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate from a reputable institute.

15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the textile industry.

Proven leadership, sales, and management skills.

Excellent communication and correspondence skills.

Highly responsible, energetic, and motivated to grow within the company.

Age:

Between 40 to 50 years.

Salary and Benefits:

Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience and relevance.
