Career Opportunities at Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC)

Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) is a not-for-profit organization incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab.

PIEDMC is mandated to achieve orderly, planned, and rapid industrialization in the province of Punjab through:

  • Development of a chain of new industrial estates

  • Upgradation of existing industrial estates

PIEDMC invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. General Manager (Administration & HR)

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field / MBA (HR) / MPA (18 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university

  • Lt. Colonel (R) or above may also apply

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years at managerial level

  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions including:

    • Recruitment & Selection

    • Payroll Management

    • Performance Appraisals

    • HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)

  • Administrative expertise, compliance with standards, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Age:

  • Minimum 35 years

2. Assistant Manager (Law)

Qualification:

  • LLB from an HEC-recognized institute

  • Preferably LL.M / Barrister at Law from HEC-recognized institute

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience handling legal matters related to:

    • Day-to-day company operations

    • Regulatory compliance

    • Civil, land, arbitration, corporate, and employment/labor law matters

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, deeds, and other legal instruments

    • Verification and vetting of land/title documents of properties acquired by the company

    • Handling, managing, and monitoring company litigation

    • Representing the company in regulatory or judicial proceedings

  • Preferably an enrolled advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan

Age:

  • Minimum 30 years
