TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However detail scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
2. All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Subalt token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance in terms of the eligibility criteria.
4. Interview calls/letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
5. Applications should be eligible in all respects before or on the last date of receipt of the applications.
6. Applications received after due dates will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or application submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process.
7. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government policy.
8. The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
9. Competent Authorities reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies while mentioning a cogent reason thereof.
10. Shortlisted candidates, in order of merit will be called for interview by the Departmental Selection Committee.
11. As this Division is comprising of five Districts, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Orakzai and Kurram thus it is only One post per each district as mentioned above and each post comes under open merit quota on district level only, therefore no post will be spared for 30% quota as reserved for right holders of designated forests. Documents of candidates falling on District level merit will be verified from the concerned process division and the verification charges shall be paid by the candidate.
12. Candidates who have been dismissed or removed from service in any government department on grounds of misconduct or corruption are not eligible to apply.
13. Successful candidates will be required to undergo one year training of Forest Guard at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School Abbottabad.
14. Selected Forest Guards will be required to furnish a surety bond of Rs.300000/- on stamp paper, undertaking to serve in the Forest Department, Kohat Forest Division for a period of five years. In case of failure to fulfill this commitment, the surety amount shall be recovered from the candidate.
15. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
16. Original documents shall be produced at the time of interview along with attested copies of all testimonials.
17. Basic of all foreign degree, equivalent certificate(s) from HEC shall be provided.
18. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates' personal information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easy paisa app or Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone.
5. For subsequent correspondence, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, and as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
6. Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk w.e.f 15th July 2026.
7. Last date for submission of online Application is 31 July 2026.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not get forged/converted mobile SIMs.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
