4. Eligibility Criteria

4.1 Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Matriculation (preferably Intermediate)

  • Fire Fighting / Fireman course or certification from a recognized institute (preferred)

4.2 Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant firefighting experience (preferred)

4.3 Physical Requirements

  • Physically fit and capable of responding to fire and other emergencies

4.4 Skills & Competencies

Candidates are expected to possess:

  • Knowledge of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, and basic firefighting equipment

  • Basic knowledge of First Aid / CPR (preferred)

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
