Contractual Hiring for CGU, RMU, and ISU Units
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for various contractual positions (initially for one year) under Market Based Salary (MBS) scales in the following specialized units:


1. Corporate Governance Unit (CGU)

Position: Performance & Monitoring Specialist
Scale: MBS-I

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Public Financial Management, Accounting/Finance (domestic or international). Preference to candidates with experience in corporate governance, policy, or strategy roles.

  • Education:

    • Minimum 16 years of education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce

    • OR ACCA (UK) / CA (ICAP)

    • Additional certifications (Director's Training, PFM certifications, etc.) preferred

  • Skills: Proven leadership, achievement record, and ability to lead teams

  • Sector Experience: Public, private, development, or mixed sectors


2. Risk Management Unit (RMU)

Position: Senior Financial Analyst – Risk Management
Scale: MBS-I

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 10 years in Financial Management, Accounting, Business, or Risk Management. Experience in Public-Private Partnerships, Financial and Risk Analysis preferred.

  • Education:

    • 16 years education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce

    • OR ACCA (UK), CA (ICAP), or CFA Charter holder

    • Additional certifications (PMP, CP3P, FRM, etc.) preferred

  • Skills: Strong leadership, understanding of debt/public financial management

  • Sector Experience: Public, private, development, or mixed sectors


3. Internal Support Unit (ISU)

a. Position: Associate

Scale: MBS-I

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 years of top-tier relevant experience (local or international)

  • Education: Minimum 16 years; preference based on university ranking

  • Skills: Demonstrable achievement; leadership is a plus

  • Sector Experience: Public, private, development, or mixed sectors


b. Position: Analyst

Scale: MBS-I

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of top-tier relevant experience

  • Education: 16 years of education; preference based on university ranking

  • Skills: Strong achievement record; leadership experience a plus

  • Sector Experience: Public, private, development, or mixed sectors


c. Position: Analyst

Scale: MBS-IV

Requirements:

  • Experience: Fresh graduates may apply; selection based on academic merit

  • Education: 16 years minimum; preference based on institution quality

  • Skills: Verifiable academic excellence

  • Sector Experience: Public, private, development, or mixed sectors


Recruitment Procedure (3 Stages)

  1. Application / CV Review:

    • Shortlisting based on academic merit, CV quality, cover letter, and professional record.

  2. Written Test:

    • Includes GRE-style questions and technical/financial/strategic assessments with case-based problem-solving.

    • Minimum score required to proceed; scores are not carried forward.

  3. Interview:

    • Conducted by a 3-member panel assessing role suitability.
