Position: Finance Associate
Project: Male Engagement-II – Scale-up of Strengthening Family Planning Services through Health Insurance/Social Security Programs in 5 Districts of Punjab
Location: Lahore (with field travel to various districts in Punjab)
Project Duration: 24 months or until completion/requirement based on performance

Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit, public-sector company dedicated to supporting innovative projects in the field of population planning. PPIF offers financial and technical assistance to initiatives aimed at improving access to and generating demand for family planning services, with the broader goal of achieving sustainable population growth that supports equitable economic development and social progress.

Position Details

Job Title:

Finance Associate

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce from a HEC-recognized institution, or ACCA qualified.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the public sector, development sector, or in family planning projects.

• Prior work on foreign-funded projects will be considered an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.

• Proficiency in accounting software, especially ERP systems like SAP.

• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to detect numerical errors.

• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Age Limit:

• Not more than 42 years on the closing date for application submission.

Important Instructions

• This position involves field travel.

• Posting is based in Lahore or the relevant districts of Punjab.

• PPIF reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or cancel this recruitment process without prior notice.

• Any attempt to influence the selection process will lead to disqualification.

• In case of a large number of applicants meeting the eligibility criteria, an Assessment Test may be conducted before or after interviews.

• No TA/DA will be provided for any test or interview.
