  1. Case No.9-11/2020(GB)/P&PE Assistant Deputy District Public Prosecutor (BS-16) (Plus 25% Special
    Pay), Law & Prosecution Department, Gilgit Baltistan Secretariat. Minimum Qualification:  2nd Class or Grade C, Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/College by the HEC. AGE LIMIT:  20-33 NUMBER OF VACANCIES: Three (03). DOMICILE/QUOTA: GB (Open Merit). PLACE OF POSTING:  Gilgit-Baltistan
  2. AGE-RELAXATION
    The upper age limits will be relaxed by a maximum period of 05 years in case of Government Servants who have rendered minimum of 02 years continuous Government Service on closing date for receipt of applications.
  3. EXAMINATIONS:
    Examinations of Assistant Deputy District Public Prosecutor (BS-16) and Assistant Legal Advisor (BS-16) shall comprise the following:
    1. Written Examination = 200 Marks
    2. Viva Voce        = 100 marks
  4. EXAMINATIONS CENTER:
    Examination will tentatively be held from 23.03.2022 to 24.03.2022 onwards simultaneously at Islamabad, Gilgit, Skardu and Karachi (subject to sufficient numbers of candidates). Change of center is not allowed.
  5. EXAMINATION FEES:
    Exam Fees Rs.500/- (non-refundable) for each case is to be deposited separately in National Bank of Pakistan under the Head of Account "C-02101-Organs of State, FPSC Exam Fee". Blank Treasury Challan (T.R.6) is available at FPSC website, which can be downloaded.
  6. COLLECTION OF TREASURY RECEIPTS:
    Original Treasury Receipts (TRs) of Rs.500/- deposited against Assistant Deputy District Public Prosecutor (BS-16) and Assistant Legal Advisor (BS-16) made within the closing date will be collected in Examination Halls on the first day of examination (Note: Except Original Treasury Receipts (TRs) no other document such as Photocopy/Scanned Copy/Bank Scroll/Bank or Treasury Office Certificate are acceptable).
  7. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE CANDIDATES:
    Candidates will be admitted to the examinations provisionally at their own risk subject to their being found eligible in all respects. However, after written results of Examinations, Pass candidates would be asked to furnish hard copy of online form duly signed along with all documents. within 15 days of the Notice from FPSC.
