Terms and Conditions:

  • Applications by Officer in charge PO books no-08, GPO Lahore information by given format should be submitted till 12-11-2021.
  • Along with that two passport size photographs (colored) attach with the application form.
  • The applicant will be disqualified in the case of a foreign wife.
  • There is no quota for the disabled applicant.
  • Government workers who already work, buy their application form from the given department.
  • Those applicants who hide their Government job while submitting the application form, Will be struck off from the job after getting the reality.
  • The age limit will be accepted till the mentioned date. After the 5 years of relaxation in the age limit, the applicant could be facilitated by such terms and condones given below.
  • Already Government employees who worked almost two years till the application given date could be facilitated or 10 years.
  • For Released and Retired officers, Constant employees of the Armed Force (Arm, Navy, Air force) age limit of 15 years in arm forces according to the years of Government job could get relaxation.
  • There is a relaxation of schedule cast and Buddhism community for three years.
  • There is a relaxation for late employees (son, daughter, or wife) who died during the job.


According to the paragraph given above candidates who meet more than one category can get the benefit of only one category to get the favoritism.

  • Candidates who have applied for overage under 7-B will have to apply for discharge from the issue.
  • If a candidate has already used the quota of previous soldiers, then he will not be able to get favoritism for the second time.
  • The civil candidate of the same area will be given the opportunity in case of unavailability of Previous Soldiers.
  • Educational degree,  certificate of domicile, id card, and other documents will only consider in case if this request is issued by the deadline.
  • Selected applicants have to pass the skill test and the best performing applicant in the test will be called for an interview. The candidate will be called for the interview through a call letter.
  • The unsuccessful candidate will not be notified. Therefore, avoid further correspondence in this regard.
  • Selected candidates wishing for the job must submit a bond or written affidavit that they will be required to serve at least 5 years in the division. Otherwise, they will have to pay a fine for their training. Their employment is subject to the Civil Servants Act 1973 and repeatedly issued the terms and conditions will be according to the essential service maintenance act. The candidate will be medically examined.
  • The selected candidate has to submit a written statement stating that he/she is initially at least 5 years to take over the Amenability in their respective district unless the division needs their services in another area.
  • The selected candidate can fulfill his responsibilities in any part of Pakistan.
  • Eligible candidates will be interviewed in the province or city that seems to be appropriate for the department.
  • The competent authority has full power to approve or reject any application without notice either suspend the entire recruitment process or suspend recruitment to certain positions for administrative reasons.
  • All original papers will be checked during the interview if the candidate was not found eligible or could not provide the required papers including (educational certificate, degrees, Departmental license, id card, domicile, etc) will not be eligible.
  • Candidates who upload call letters on social media or advertise on any other form are not eligible.
  • No TA/DA will be provided.
