Urgent Requirement for Descon UAE Shutdown

Required for Descon UAE Shutdown

Descon Engineering, a leading engineering company, is urgently looking for skilled personnel for a shutdown project in the UAE. Below are the details of the job openings and eligibility requirements:

Positions Available:

  1. Non-Management Positions
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
      • Age between 20 to 40 years.
      • Educational qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma, though specialized certifications are preferable.
  2. Management Positions
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
      • Age between 30 to 50 years.
      • Must possess a degree in a relevant engineering discipline or management field.
      • Proven track record of managing large teams during high-pressure projects.

Job Descriptions:

  • Skilled Workers:

    • Positions in various trades (e.g., welders, electricians, and fitters).
    • Must have hands-on experience with shutdowns and project completion in industrial sectors.

  • Drivers & Equipment Operators:

    • Applicants must have experience in operating heavy machinery, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
    • Valid driving license required for specific positions.
