Position Overview

RDF seeks a creative, energetic, and high-integrity professional to serve as its Executive Director. This leadership role involves strategic and operational management of RDF's staff, programs, and mission implementation. Reporting to the Board of Directors through the Chairperson, the Executive Director will be instrumental in:

  • Advancing RDF's mission
  • Ensuring programmatic excellence
  • Driving organizational growth
  • Maintaining financial sustainability

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Director will:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Provide visionary leadership across RDF’s programs and initiatives.
    • Represent RDF at national and international forums, building relationships with stakeholders and partners.

  2. Resource Mobilization:

    • Lead grant writing, fundraising efforts, and financial planning.
    • Collaborate with donor organizations, government bodies, and other stakeholders to advance RDF’s objectives.

  3. Organizational Development:

    • Develop and implement policies aligned with RDF’s mission and vision.
    • Oversee staff management, ensuring team development and high performance.

  4. Operational Oversight:

    • Manage and supervise day-to-day operations.
    • Promote accountability and adherence to organizational goals.

Compensation and Job Location

  • Salary: Competitive, up to PKR 450,000 per month (excluding benefits).
  • Location: Hyderabad City, with extensive field engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • At least 10 years of leadership and management experience in a non-profit organization.
    • Minimum 3-5 years in an Executive Director/Chief Executive role.
