Career Opportunity at The Margala Hotel – Executive Chef

Nishat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef to join the team at The Margala Hotel, Islamabad.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations, including:
  • Food preparation
  • Production
  • Presentation
• Develop innovative menus and ensure high-quality food standards
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage (F&B) and management teams for menu planning and promotions

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in hospitality kitchens (International experience preferred)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field
