Electric Inspectorate, Energy & Power Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar

Pursuant to the Finance Department’s concurrence (letter dated 02.01.2026), the Electric Inspectorate, Energy & Power Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites online applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following regular posts as per prescribed requirements and qualifications.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority; ineligible candidates may be disqualified at any stage.

  2. All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. After profile creation, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without verification, candidates cannot apply.

  3. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will subsequently be screened for eligibility and relevance.

  4. Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.

  5. Candidates must be eligible in all respects before the last date of application submission.

  6. Late applications, incomplete submissions, or applications with fake documents/information will be rejected at any stage.

  7. Age relaxation will be granted as per existing Government rules.

  8. Candidates currently employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate fees.

  9. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies with justification.

  10. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

  11. For foreign degrees, candidates must provide equivalent certificates from HEC.

  12. Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

  2. Upon successful application submission, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated with a token number, project code, and personal information.

  3. Print the deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa app, agent, or any UBL branch.

  4. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp. Do not share it.

  5. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA at this stage. Copies will be required only for candidates qualifying the screening test.

  6. Online application form availability: 1st February 2026.

  7. Last date for submission: 20th February 2026.

  8. Roll number slips will be issued via SMS from ETEA and can be downloaded from the website. Do not provide ported/converted mobile numbers.

  9. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the roll number slip.

  10. No separate call letters will be sent by post or courier.
