Position: E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the entire e-commerce operational process of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End E-commerce Operations:
    Supervise the complete flow of online operations from order placement to delivery.

  • Inventory Control:
    Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.

  • Customer Experience:
    Enhance the online shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Fulfillment & Logistics Optimization:
    Streamline shipping and delivery processes for timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.

  • Platform & Systems Management:
    Maintain e-commerce platforms and ensure system functionality and updates.

  • Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement improvement strategies.

  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and guide the operations team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage daily social media operations.

    • Schedule and post engaging content.

    • Interact with followers and respond to queries.

    • Track social media performance metrics.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
