CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Position: E-commerce Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the entire e-commerce operational process of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End E-commerce Operations:
Supervise the complete flow of online operations from order placement to delivery. -
Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. -
Customer Experience:
Enhance the online shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction. -
Fulfillment & Logistics Optimization:
Streamline shipping and delivery processes for timely and cost-effective order fulfillment. -
Platform & Systems Management:
Maintain e-commerce platforms and ensure system functionality and updates. -
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement improvement strategies. -
Team Leadership:
Lead and guide the operations team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. -
Social Media Management:

Manage daily social media operations.

Schedule and post engaging content.

Interact with followers and respond to queries.

Track social media performance metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline. -
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
