Job Opportunity: HTV Heavy Transport Trailer Drivers

National Logistics Corporation (NLC)

The National Logistics Corporation (NLC) is urgently seeking applications for the recruitment of professional and trained HTV / Heavy Trailer Drivers for vacant positions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Maximum Age: 52 years

  • Medical Fitness: Must be physically and medically fit

  • Educational Qualification: At least Middle school or Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate)

  • License Requirement: A valid HTV Driving License is mandatory as per regulations

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 69,752 (includes monthly ration allowance)

  • Performance-Based Bonuses:

    • Up to PKR 40,000 per month additional bonus for good performance

    • Cash Award of PKR 15,000 to PKR 30,000 for meeting monthly targets

    • Annual Bonus equivalent to 4–8 basic salaries based on performance

  • Additional Benefits as per NLC Service Rules:

    • Paid leaves

    • CP Fund (Contributory Provident Fund)

    • Group Insurance

    • Free Medical Facilities

    • Annual Medical Allowance for Family: Up to PKR 150,000

Test & Interview Details:
