SITUATION VACANT

In compliance with the order dated 19.05.2026 passed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas, in C.P Nos. D-324 of 2026, D-397 of 2026, D-446 of 2026, and D-447 of 2026, and in pursuance of the Cabinet decision dated 01.12.2025, communicated by the Section Officer-V SGA&CD, Government of Sindh, Karachi vide letter No. SOV (SGA&CD)8-27/2019 (Pt-IV) (Volume) dated 03.12.2025, applications are invited from candidates holding domicile of District Umerkot for initial recruitment/appointment against the posts of BS-01 to BS-04 in the Poultry Production Wing of the Livestock & Fisheries Department, District Umerkot, as reflected in the Budget Book for the Financial Year 2026-27.

TERMS & CONDITIONS / GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Submission of Applications: The application on the prescribed format (given below), along with two passport-size photographs, attested copies of testimonials of academic qualification, CNIC, Domicile, PRC (Form-D), Driving License, and Experience Certificate (if required), should be submitted to the Office of the Deputy Director Poultry Production, Near Superintendent of Police (SSP) Office, District Umerkot, during office hours.

  2. Closing Date: The last date for submission of applications is 19.11.2026.

  3. Late Applications: No application shall be received or entertained after the closing date, i.e., 19.11.2026.

  4. Quotas: The prescribed quotas shall be observed in accordance with the rules and policy of the Government of Sindh, including:

    • 5% quota for differently-abled persons

    • 15% quota for women

    • 5% quota for minorities

    • 0.5% quota for transgender persons

  5. Government Employees: Applicants already in Government service shall apply through their respective Departments / proper channel.

  6. Age Relaxation: General relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit shall be admissible in accordance with the Government rules/policy in vogue, as communicated vide Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 6th March, 2025.

  7. Canvassing: Any attempt at canvassing, in any form or manner, shall render the candidate liable to disqualification.

  8. Number of Vacancies: The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased at any stage, and no candidate shall have any right to challenge such change in the number of vacancies.

  9. Shortlisting: Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

  10. Nature of Appointment: The vacancies are purely on a temporary basis and will be regularized on a permanent basis after completion of the probation period as provided under the Sindh Services (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973.

  11. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
