SUBJECT: RECRUITMENT/APPOINTMENT AGAINST POSTS (BPS-01 TO BPS-04)

Applications are invited from eligible candidates having Domicile of District Thatta for initial recruitment/appointment against the following vacant posts in the Office of the Additional Director, Poultry Production & Research, Thatta.

Terms, Conditions & General Instructions

  1. Application Submission: Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format (as given below) along with:

    • Two (2) recent passport-size photographs.

    • Attested copies of Educational Certificates.

    • Attested copy of Domicile Certificate.

    • Attested copy of PRC (Permanent Residence Certificate).

    • Attested copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).

    • Any other required supporting documents.

  2. Deadline: All applications must reach this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  3. Incomplete/Late Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

  4. In-Service Candidates: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

  5. Government Quotas: Quota for Women, Minorities, and Persons with Disabilities will be observed as per Government of Sindh policy.

  6. Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit shall be applicable as per Government Policy/Rules in vogue (vide Notification No. SOIII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II), Karachi, dated 06th March 2026).

  7. Nature of Posts: The vacancies are initially on a temporary basis but will become permanent upon successful completion of the probation period, as provided under the Sindh Services (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973.

  8. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.

  9. No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

  10. Cancellation Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any or all vacancies without assigning any reason.

  11. Merit & Transparency: Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and with complete transparency.
