To align with our strategic objectives, we are seeking a talented, dedicated, and experienced professional for the role of Divisional Head - Procurement, responsible for leading procurement operations and transforming sourcing strategies to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Group Chief – Logistics, Communications & Marketing Group
Minimum Requirement: Graduation or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or international university/institute.
Preferred: Master’s degree and/or relevant diplomas/certifications (e.g., MCIPS, Procurement certifications).
Total: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in procurement.
Leadership: At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing centralized Procurement/Supply Chain functions, ideally within a leading Bank, MNC, conglomerate, or public sector organization.
Preferred: Experience with PPRA Rules and e-Procurement Suite/e-Sourcing systems.
Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Expertise in procurement strategy, category sourcing, and contract management.
Excellent problem-solving, customer handling, and vendor negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Strategic Procurement Management and sourcing methodologies (e.g., Tendering, Spot Buying).
Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
High integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
Manage procurement of goods and services (e.g., office equipment, IT hardware, general items) following Bank’s policies and PPRA Rules.
Ensure timely, quality, and cost-efficient procurement operations.
Develop and implement Annual Procurement Plans aligned with stakeholder needs.
Oversee contract administration, category sourcing, spend & supply chain management.
Ensure transparency, competition, and compliance with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and legal requirements.
Apply project management skills to mitigate risks and ensure procurement project success.
Maintain communication and coordination with internal departments and external regulatory bodies.
Actively implement anti-corruption measures and ensure ethical standards.
Undertake other assignments as directed by senior management.

Contractual Basis: 3 years (renewable at Management’s discretion)
