The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the apex regulator of capital markets and the corporate sector in Pakistan, is seeking qualified, result-oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic professionals with impeccable integrity and exceptional analytical skills for the following Islamabad-based contractual position in its Prosecution & Legal Affairs Division on open merit:

Position: Division Head/Executive Director (Prosecution & Legal Affairs Division)

No. of Positions: 01
Location: Islamabad

Qualification:

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC-recognized University.

• Must be enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

• Proven track record of reported judgments in corporate law.

• Demonstrated experience in legal advisory and legislative drafting.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Have completed Bar-at-Law course after LL.B.

• Hold an LL.M. degree.

• Possess prior experience in the financial sector.

Post Qualification Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience as of the application deadline.

Age:

• The maximum age limit is 55 years as of the application deadline.

Nature of Employment:

• Contractual (3 years), extendable based on need and performance.

Special Consideration:

• Female candidates who meet the above criteria will be given preference.

• SECP encourages applications from minorities and candidates from Balochistan, Ex-FATA districts, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
