Advertisement for Temporary Recruitment of Male and Female Sanitary Patrol Workers

In accordance with the Government of Punjab’s Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department (Health & Population Department Lahore), as per letters dated 10.06.2025 (Ref No. 10.06.2025) and 27.01.2025 (Ref No. SO(EP&C)6-5/2023(Misc)), and letter No. SO(EP&C)2-2/2016(ii), the District Health Authority Sheikhupura intends to recruit male and female sanitary patrol workers purely on temporary basis for a maximum of 89 days under emergency arrangements for dengue prevention.

Application Procedure:

Interested and well-mannered candidates can submit their applications along with two passport-size photos, attested educational certificates, domicile, experience certificate, and computerized CNIC during office hours till June 30, 2025, at the office of Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority, Mainupura, Sheikhupura.

Note: Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

  • Qualification Required: Middle Pass with school certificate issued by any registered institution.

  • Preference: Candidates with experience in dengue prevention programs and proven performance will be eligible for upper age limit up to 40 years.

Rules and Conditions:

  1. Daily wages will be given as per the Finance Department’s Daily Wage Notification 2024. No payment for absentees.

  2. Maximum employment duration is 89 days.

  3. Preference in upper age (up to 40 years) for those with dengue program experience.

  4. Applicants must be able to operate Android smartphones and own one personally.

  5. Domicile must be of Punjab Province; preference for residents of District Sheikhupura and respective Tehsils.

  6. Other terms and conditions will be according to Government of Punjab policies.

  7. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the vacancies due to unavoidable reasons; this cannot be challenged in court.

  8. No legal right will be given for extension or regularization of the temporary job.

  9. In case of absence or poor performance, the employee may be terminated without notice.

  10. Employees of Government/Semi-Government departments should apply through proper channel with NOC.

  11. Bring original educational documents on the day of the interview.

  12. No separate call letter will be issued for interviews. No TA/DA will be provided.

  14. The recruitment date will be considered from the date mentioned on the appointment order.

  15. After 89 days, the appointment will automatically expire—no further notification will be issued.

  16. Upon hiring, candidates must register on PITB's online dengue surveillance dashboard using biometric verification and daily performance updates.

  17. Salary will be based on biometric attendance and register-based records.

  18. Age limit will be finalized as per the decision of the competent authority. Selection committee decisions cannot be challenged in court.
