District Health Office, Mardan – Paramedical Staff Recruitment (Need Basis)

Online applications are invited from suitable candidates belonging to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, preferably those holding domicile of District Mardan. In case local candidates are not available, applicants from adjacent or nearest districts may be considered, subject to fulfillment of all codal formalities. The recruitment is for various paramedical positions under the administrative control of the District Health Office, Mardan.

Available Positions

1. PHC Technician (EPI) (BPS-12)

  • No. of Posts: 20

  • Qualification:

    • At least 2nd Division SSC (Science) from a recognized Board

    • 2-year Diploma in Health Technology from a recognized Medical Faculty

    • Registered with Faculty of Paramedical and Allied Health Sciences, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

  • Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

2. PHC Technician (MP) (BPS-12)

  • No. of Posts: 03

  • Qualification:

    • At least 2nd Division SSC (Science) from a recognized Board

    • 2-year Diploma in Health Technology from a recognized Medical Faculty

    • Registered with Faculty of Paramedical and Allied Health Sciences, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

  • Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

3. Electro Medical Technician (BPS-12)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Qualification:

    • DAE in Biomedical, Electronics, or Electrical from a Technical Board

    • Intermediate academic qualification

  • Experience: Minimum 1-year relevant experience required

  • Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

4. Lady Health Supervisor (BPS-11)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Qualification:

    • Graduation with Diploma in LHV & Midwifery from a recognized Nursing Examination Board

    • Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council as an LHV

    • Preference to married/local female candidates

  • Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

Terms and Conditions

  1. All candidates shall initially be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test provisionally. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the Appointing Authority.

  2. ETEA profile creation and CNIC verification through E-Sahulat (NADRA Kiosk) is mandatory before applying.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will receive interview call letters.

  4. Screening will be based on ETEA test results.

  5. Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria by the last date of application.

  6. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

  7. Age relaxation will be provided as per Government rules.

  8. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channels.

  9. Separate applications and fees are required for multiple posts.

  10. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or reject applications without assigning any reason.

  11. Any errors/omissions in advertised posts can be corrected.

  12. False or misleading information will lead to disqualification at any stage.

  13. All recruitment-related information will be posted on the Notice Board of DHO Mardan.

  14. Shortlisted candidates will need to provide attested photocopies of their documents.

  15. Bring original documents and attested copies during the interview.

  16. Selected candidates must pay verification fees for their documents. Fake information will cancel appointments.

  17. Quota Allocation:

    • 10% for Female candidates

    • 2% for Disabled persons

    • 5% for Minorities

  18. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.

  2. After submission, a deposit slip with token number and project code will be generated.

  3. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa, JazzCash, UBL Bank, or UBL Omni agents.

  4. Keep the original bank-stamped deposit slip safe for your record.

  5. Do not send documents to ETEA after applying online. They will only be required from shortlisted candidates.

  6. Online application availability: from 16-06-2025

  7. Deadline to apply online: 07-07-2025

  8. Candidates will receive SMS alerts from ETEA to download Roll Number Slips. Avoid using ported mobile numbers.

  9. Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.

  10. No postal call letters will be issued.
