05 Junior Clerk (BS-11) 13 Khushab Intermediate (2nd Div), 25 wpm typing speed. Proficient in MS Office. 18 – 25 years
06 Electrician (BS-05) 01 Khushab Matric + Electrician Diploma. Experienced candidates preferred. 18 – 25 years

Quota Reservation

  • 20% of Junior Clerk & Naib Qasid posts are reserved for children of working/retired employees (BS-01 to BS-05) of Civil/Sessions Courts Khushab.

  • 3% quota is reserved for disabled persons (certificate required under Disabled Persons Ordinance, 1981).

  • 15% quota is reserved for women.

  • 5% quota is reserved for minorities (non-Muslims).

  • Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for males and 8 years for females in exceptional circumstances only, subject to conditions.

Instructions & Rules

  1. Application Form: Downloadable from https://khushab.dc.lhc.gov.pk.

  2. Submission Deadline: Applications must reach by 11 July 2025 via hand or post.

  3. Late Applications: Any application received after the deadline will be rejected.

  4. Test/Interview: Date and venue will be announced on the website only — no separate call letters will be issued.

  5. Eligibility List: Will be uploaded on the website after the last date of application submission.

  6. Relatives Working in Court: Mention name, designation, and relationship clearly in the application.

  7. Government Employees: Apply through proper channel or attach NOC.

  8. Attachments: Include attested copies of CNIC, educational/professional documents, domicile, and 2 passport-size photos.

  9. Separate Applications: Submit independent applications for each quota/category.

  10. Written Test Eligibility: Only candidates meeting the qualifications will be allowed.

  11. Interview Eligibility: Only those who pass the written test.

  12. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible.

  13. Prescribed Form Only: Other forms will be rejected.

  14. Shortlisting: Authority reserves the right to shortlist candidates.

  15. Recruitment Rules: Appointments will be made under Punjab Civil & Sessions Courts Establishment Rules, 2005, Recruitment Policy 2022, and guidelines by Lahore High Court.

  16. Right to Cancel: Recruitment Committee reserves the right to withhold/cancel the process partially or entirely.
