Instructions for Sr. No. 1 and 2 Positions (Stenographer, Junior Clerk)

  1. Interested candidates must apply online through the STS portal:

    Applications submitted by hand or mail will not be accepted.

  2. Required documents to be uploaded on the STS portal:

    • CNIC (front and back)

    • Domicile/PRC/Form-D

    • Recent photograph

    • All educational certificates including marksheets

    • Skill certificates (if required)

  3. After submitting the online form, candidates will generate a non-refundable challan of Rs. 1500, payable at any ABL branch or via MyABL app or 1Bill through internet banking.

  4. Candidates must provide their own mobile number in the application and should not change it during the recruitment process.

  5. Updates and announcements will be sent via SMS and also uploaded on the STS website. Regular checking of the portal is advised.

  6. In case of any objections, candidates will be informed via SMS. They must respond within the stipulated time or risk disqualification.

Instructions for Sr. No. 3 to 9 Positions (All Others)

  • Candidates applying for positions 3 to 9 must submit hard copies of their applications with the following:

    • Completed application form

    • Copies of all educational certificates

    • CNIC

    • PRC

    • Two passport-size photographs

  • Applications must be sent through courier to:
    District & Sessions Judge Karachi South,
    Second Floor, City Court, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi

  • If applying for multiple posts, submit a separate application for each.

  • Only applications received before the deadline will be considered.

General Instructions for All Positions

  1. Incomplete, false, or misleading information will result in rejection of the application and may lead to disqualification from employment at any stage.

  2. Government employees must apply through proper channel.

  3. Age relaxation of up to 5 years may be granted on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the competent authority.

  4. Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  5. Decision of the selection committee will be final.

  6. The number of posts may be increased or decreased.

  7. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in tests or interviews.
