QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Deputy Director – Database (PPS-8)

• Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Database Administrator

• Proven expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, clustering, and high-availability solutions

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or SQL

Deputy Director – Full Stack Developer (PPS-8)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

• Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack development

• Strong expertise in cloud computing and development of large-scale portals

• Experience with government or large educational projects will be preferred

• Relevant certifications such as PMP or CISSP will be an added advantage

Deputy Director – Youth Coordination & PR (PPS-8)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Mass Communication, International Relations, or Youth Development

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

• Demonstrated experience in coordination with Government of Pakistan and multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills

Other Professional Positions (PPS-7 & PPS-8)

• Relevant HEC-recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (as per position requirements)

• Strong expertise in monitoring & evaluation, research, data analysis, reporting, financial management, stakeholder coordination, digital marketing, or public-private partnerships

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and relevant accounting or analytical software, where applicable

Graphic Designer & Media Marketing Officer (PPS-6)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related discipline

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience in digital and web-based projects

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS will be considered an advantage

Office & Support Staff (PPS-6 / PPS-2)

• Bachelor’s degree (14 years of education) for assistant-level posts

• Primary education for Office Helper and Driver positions

• Relevant experience will be preferred

• Valid driving license is mandatory for Driver post
