Job Opportunities – Center for International Strategic Studies (CISS), Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Center for International Strategic Studies (CISS), AJK, invites applications from Pakistani nationals holding a Kashmir Domicile/State Subject Certificate for a two-year contract, with the possibility of extension. These positions are based at the King Abdullah Campus, Chatter Kalas, Muzaffarabad, AJK.

Available Positions

Post Title No. of Posts Eligibility & Experience
Director Research 02 - PhD in Defence and Strategic Studies, Strategic and Nuclear Studies, Defence and Diplomatic Studies, International Relations, or Peace and Conflict Studies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a reputable academic/research institution.
- Must have 30 or more publications in recognized journals.
Research Officer 01 - Master’s or higher degree in Defence and Strategic Studies or related field.
- 5 years of relevant research experience.
- Publications in recognized national/international journals preferred.
Research Assistant 04 - Minimum Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in Defence and Strategic Studies, Strategic and Nuclear Studies, Defence and Diplomatic Studies, International Relations, or Peace and Conflict Studies.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience may apply.
