MMI Hospital is currently seeking visionary, highly skilled, and compassionate professionals and consultants for the following leadership positions. All roles are offered on a full-time basis only.


Director Nursing

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to all nursing staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

  • Oversee nursing operations, staffing management, and clinical standards across hospital departments.

  • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, protocols, and best practices.

  • Mentor Nursing Managers and staff to support professional development and career growth.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).

  • 7–10 years of clinical experience, including at least 5 years in a senior nursing leadership role in a recognized large-scale healthcare facility.

  • Only candidates currently drawing above Rs. 750,000 per month will be considered.


Head of Laboratory

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory, ISO, and international standards.

  • Manage, mentor, and train laboratory personnel to maintain high-quality performance.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of advanced diagnostic and analytical equipment.

  • Guarantee accurate, reliable, and timely laboratory testing and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • FCPS in Microbiology or Pathology / PhD in Microbiology.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Department in a recognized healthcare facility.

  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Only candidates currently drawing above Rs. 750,000 per month will be considered.


Head of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) & Emergency

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for both ICU and Emergency Departments operating 24/7.

  • Ensure compliance with international clinical protocols and accreditation standards.

  • Monitor quality indicators, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of physicians, intensivists, and nursing staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • FCPS / FRCEM / MRCEM / Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine or Emergency Medicine.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Department.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.


Head of ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist consultations and perform advanced surgical procedures including:

    • Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)

    • Head and Neck Cancer Surgery

    • Cochlear Implant Procedures

  • Establish clinical priorities and performance standards for inpatient and outpatient services.

  • Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes.

  • Develop departmental protocols and evidence-based guidelines for patient safety.

Qualifications & Experience

  • FRCS / FCPS (or equivalent) in ENT.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Department.

  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced ENT procedures, including FESS, Head & Neck Oncology, and Skull Base Surgery.


Head of Ophthalmology

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee advanced ophthalmic surgical procedures, including:

    • Phacoemulsification

    • Retinal surgery

    • Corneal surgery

    • Refractive surgery

  • Drive clinical excellence and innovation in ophthalmology services.

  • Lead and manage a team of specialized ophthalmologists.

  • Monitor clinical performance indicators and risk management systems to improve patient safety.

Qualifications & Experience

  • FCPS in Ophthalmology.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Department.

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume clinical environment.
